Pallavi
Pallavi holds an MBA degree with a major in Human Resources and a minor in Finance. She has also completed a diploma in Computer Science and a three-year course in vocal music, which reflects her interest in the arts.
She had the opportunity to study in London, where she completed a summer vocational course and worked part-time teaching computer skills to school children. Her journey with children began when she volunteered as a parent monitor in a preschool in the USA. That experience touched her deeply and drew her into the world of early childhood education.
Since then, she has attended Steiner workshops and has been inspired by the philosophy. She believes in creating a calm, loving, and purposeful space for children to grow—where their spirit, imagination, and joy are nurtured with care. As a facilitator, she feels fulfilled when supporting young learners with presence, warmth, and simplicity. Over the years, she has come to value soft skills as essential—and often more challenging—than academic learning. This insight fuels her passion for education, where these foundational skills take root and blossom naturally.
