Shilpa has completed her Bachelor of Arts degree with English Literature, Sociology, Economics, and Political Science. She has participated in various teacher training workshops in Integral Education and Waldorf Education to support her teaching career. These programs have introduced her to alternative and holistic approaches to teaching and allowed her to explore different pedagogical methods that focus not only on academic learning but also on the emotional, social, and creative development of children.
Shilpa has a strong passion for working with young children. She has been working in the teaching profession for the past 5 years. She strongly believes that teaching is not just about educating a child; it is a two-way process of learning and growth. She enjoys spending time with them and finds it very rewarding to be part of their early years. Shilpa believes that the early years are very important for building emotional, social, and thinking skills. She wants to learn more about what helps children grow in a healthy way. Whether it’s through play, learning activities, or simply offering support, Shilpa uses every moment to help children grow and learn.
